The location was perfect. The bacon and cheese omelette was good at breakfast. But most days it was powdered eggs and pork sausage links sausage patty.

My car got dented in the parking lot on our 2nd day there. Where I parked there was a camera. For four days I talked to the hotel front desk members to let me speak to a manager about viewing the cameras. I stayed there for six nights and at no point did I get to meet this manager. So here I am with a damaged vehicle and the hotel does not care at all. I truly feel like they just gave me the runaround and were lying about the manager not being there when I asked. I talked to at least five different people and still no manager talked to me. You pay $15 a day for parking. Not sure why. Also this hotel is very dingy looking for being renovated in 2012. I thought by its appearance it was built in the 80s. Theres only 2 floors so its easy to spot from the beach. On the first night my allergies were terrible Every time I enter the room. We left the room several times and immediately every time I entered the room I couldnt stop sneezing and my nose was running. I took allergy medicine which did not help. I requested to have someone clean out the filter and vacuum again the next day. After that I was fine. But while someone was cleaning the room I couldnt even go back in the room because we saw my car damage and I had to file a police report for that. That took an hour. Lastly the picture of the pool is deceiving lol the pool is very small. No hot tub. I would not stay at this Hampton Inn mainly for the fact that the front desk do not care about helping guests when an issue arises. ***Spend a little more money and just go to the Hilton on the beach. At least the Hilton Garden Inn has a nice pool and hot tub there. Update: Ive been home for a day now and the manager called me to apologize AFTER she saw my honest review. Thoughtful, right? Honestly it does no good she LIED/said she couldnt contact me. Theres only like 250 rooms in this hotel and my car was parked in view of a camera. This could have been resolved if they cared even the slightest.

We had a horrible time getting towels, and the breakfast options ran out and they didnt restock well, and just seemed short staffed and not enough food and towels for all guest. Pool is also hot-like bath water and very small.

They messed up my credit card, one that our air conditioner went out and it had to be repaired. Well replaced. I went to get in the bed one night and there was a big O bug in my pillow case I spent three days trying to help them straighten out my credit card with their new system, so when I got home I had to cancel my credit card
