The bed was very uncomfortable, hotel room has not been updated. Paint issues and basic maintenance issues that need to repaired. For one of the more expensive room options in Fort Walton. The customers should have up to date facilities. Gym equipment is wore out.

Room smelled like mildew. There was a sewage smell in the hall one day. Witnessed management berating an employee in front of everyone. Felt this unnecessary. Desk staff seemed rude.

Great location to the beach and hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the onsite Cafe for our daily meals. Breakfast had everything you could want and save out time to relax by a terrific pool.

Excellent hotel, great location and the friendliest staff. Had the suite. Great for couples with small kids dive they have bunk beds. Fridge and microwave. Don’t waste your money on the fancy condos which charge an arm and leg.
