Location was great. I loved the dog spot since we had 2 dogs with us. And the whole place including the pool was very clean.
Negatives:
The Front desk people weren't the nicest.
They seemed to act like they didn't wanna be there and projected that energy towards me and my family.
I had to go to the front desk to buy drinks which I was perfectly fine with but it took them 15 minutes each time because of the new systems but when the front desk lady asked if I had cash or card she didn't wanna take card because of the wait and got irritated with me because I didn't have cash, then looked at me with anger scoffed and stood there staring me daggers the whole wait time. So overall the front counter staff need to have better attitudes towards there guests instead of treating them poorly. People go on trips to get away from that negative energy not to get treated rudely by staff.

Nice property- close to many things. Comfortable beds.
Negatives:
Someone had a key and entered our room mistakenly while we were in there. When I called the front desk, they looked at the cameras, and said that their room was on a different floor, but that key should not have worked on our door. It was creepy and I was really glad that everyone in our room was dressed.
