Location, large room with external door good for service dog, and cleanliness of common areas.

Sofa in room 101 was absolutely filthy, room was not ready until after 5:30pm, staff smoking funny-smelling stuff in parking lot on side of hotel away from cameras.

Easy off/on I-75. Great quiet and safe location. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms with all the amenities. All of the staff were wonderful and made us feel at home.
