After Tuesday, Dec 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 31, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: That you pay for it and book it online then you get there to a surprise hundred dollar deposit which you get back but it takes 5 to 7 days on top of your room that you’ve already paid for needs to be a little more parent guarantee the booking process
