Loud had to move rooms then again loud then next day husband was in shower smoke detector kept going off he called office but told them he would be in shower however 2 female housekeepers entered room without anyone saying come in! To fix detector!

Good location. Hotel employee at the front desk went above and beyond. Our initial room smelled like smoke and he graciously switched our room for us. He was very friendly and did his best to accommodate us. Improvements they made around the pool area looked gr

Hotel room floor needed mopped. Shower water went outside the curtain and when we used a towel to clean the water up it was filthy. Paint job in bathroom was the worst paint job ever.

No..hated the filthy room But had a long day at Tarpon springs and needed to rest.

First morning I went to take a shower, and I thought there was a roch in the tub drain, I put my glasses on and it was human hairs bulked up. The shower tub has not been cleaned for months. After cleaning up and pulling the hairs out of the tub I went to take a shower. I reached for a towel and after opening it I saw dark lines all over it. I grabbed another towel and it was almost the same. I wiped my self down with a white spot that the towel had. Then I looked at the pillow under the pillow case and it was brown!!! Disgusting!!! I went to complain and they gave me another room. This one had cockroachs in the bathroom. That's how my stay was.
