We didn’t like that when we first arrived to check in, there was two people behind the counter and it took them a few minutes to acknowledge that we were standing there while they talked among themselves,
Second thing we did not like was that we had reserved a room for 4 adults and there was only 3 towels and one wash cloth, we did however ask for fresh towels and more wash clothes and we did not get them, our beds were not made,
We usually stay here, but not sure if we want to stay here again

Was convenient to a lot of amenities and the turnpike. Has a nice workout room and equipment
Negatives:
The pillows need to be replaced and the bed could be a little more cushioned.
The a/c in the room is inconsistent with temperature, mainly too warm.

Centrally located to National Parks, Zoo and other activities. A big bonus was walking distance to Outback Steakhouse for dinner
Negatives:
There were a lot of guests while we stayed. Our check-in was super smooth (very late, so thank you) but otherwise facilities were crowded and single person at front desk could really get tied up with the high maintenance guests.
