Positives:
They said our payment didn't go through when it clearly said approved on their machines and our banking app. Then from Friday to Sunday of us staying there the manager ran our debit card 16 times other than the one we did. When we returned home on that Monday we got emails saying our accounts were in the negative due to the hotel charging us all these times. On top of one employee telling us it was a glitch in their system and then the manager doing different so now they want us to prove they got their money when we have 4 emails saying the transaction was complete
