Positives: location is what we liked most, room was semi-clean could have been cleaned better. crumbs everywhere on the floor. shower was dirty, shower doors rusty. toilet had a hard time flushing. For the price of the room it could have been cleaner and more comfortable beds were hard! pillows to soft!!

Negatives: 1) dirty, crumbs all over the floor 2) hard beds 3) pillows to soft 4) not the friendliest staff 5) bathroom was just a rusty mess all around the shower, toilet didn’t flush had to keep Re flushing.

Negatives: First time at an ALOFT. It was dirty. Fridge was dirty. Roaches. I killed 3 small roaches in the first 10 minutes of being in the room. The light above the bed didn’t work. No place to hang hand towels near sink. No where to put personal shower items. Had to put on floor of shower. Decorative pillows dirty. Staff wasn’t very friendly. To wash clothes, you need quarters, but they didn’t have any. Refused late checkout.
