Positives: Staff was not accommodating to explain and change my method of payment on my arrival. Also, seemed bothered to assist when returned to the desk for third time because the room key did not work. Explained that due to loss of electricity they were having issues. Advised he would return to my room with a new key after he let me in with his key, but never returned.
