Hotel checkin clerk was incompetent and rude
Insisted I did not have a reservation there then while looking at the printed confirmation still claimed there wasn’t one. THEN while I’m standing there starts talking to another person waiting to checkin. Now facility was nice, beds were comfortable location was excellent for meeting friends for dinner. The CLERK ruined the entire stay. That’s why the rating is generously higher than it should be.
