Negatives:
My family and I walked down the hall to the room, and it seemed like a bad movie. It was dimly light and smelled horrible. The bathtub was covered in dirt and grime and there were plastic wrappers in the drain. The floor and counters were dirty. We immediately left the room and received a full refund. The clerk apparently had many experiences with this because she was not shocked that we were leaving. We have stayed at a lot of hotels, this was the dirtiest.

Front desk person always missing in action. Extending reservations seemed to be like a sore point since there were multiple people in the front office complaining about the same thing. The owner didn't seem to care too much about the concerns of the people that were paying to stay there. Very passive aggressive. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Staff at checkout desk was very rude. Told me to hush because she was tired of hearing me talk when I asked questions. Was given two queen beds but reserved a king. Husband and I has to sleep separately.

First thing on check-in, the front desk clerk loudly states your room numbers in front of other guests. Within an hour of arriving, we started hearing insanely loud music coming from the neighboring room. It was loud enough to be heard from the end of the long hallway. Call front desk only to be told she cant do anything about it until her manager is on duty. Ok, when is the manager on duty? IN THE MORNING. Awesome. The second night, our tv sat was 'mysteriously' disconnected after having left a google review the night prior with the manager commenting on it. Too much to be coincidence.

The property was in disrepair. An elevator was not working, the rooms were in need of repairs as well. The rooms say "no smoking", but my room clearly had smokers at one point. No frills.

Outside looks like a normal hotel/extended stay. Inside was a different world. Facility smelled of marijuana and seemed in poor shape. Room was just ok. Cabinet doors missing and felt dirty. Did the trick for one night. Wouldn’t book again.
