Positives: They dud not have breakfast almost the entire month and half i stayed. Told us we had to leave when a homeless man we uad in to eat and take a nap. He was there like and hour. She said hes been around after that and hes other responsibility.
Negatives: They were in my and my spouses personal business, rude amd NEVER cleaned our room or even asked.

Negatives: I had to leave. When I checked in after I reserved the hotel half a year ago, they gave me a queen bed instead of two beds. I open the door and there is a roach crawling from out behind the tv stand. I asked for a refund and they refused.

Positives: I saw no offered breakfast, only 2 pots of coffee. Staff was friendly.
Negatives: This was possibly one of the least clean hotels in have ever stayed at. The first room I was assigned was in such poor condition I requested a different room. Floors in both were sticky. The smell on the third floor permeated the room I was in. In fact to exit the elevator & simply walk down the hall you needed to cover your nose the smell was so strong. I would not ever stay at this location again.

Positives: Location, price
Negatives: Ice cube trays were full of holes. Refrigerator wobbled because of one leg being too short and not level. Both burners on the range had burnt material on them, they were flat out disgusting. All horizontal surfaces were tacky and dirty including floor.
