This hotel needs to be remodeled top to bottom. I travel a lot and this was one of the dirtiest facilities I have ever seen. I was unable to sleep well because the room was just gross. Food was left in the kitchen cabinets from a previous guest. I will NEVER book this hotel again.

Keep away from this hotel....

I didn’t not get the room with the double beds that I had paid extra for.
Then after I got into the correct room I was charged an up charge. I had go ask the clerk to remove the up charge from my card because I had already paid for the extra bed. The next day they turned around and charged my card again for the 3rd time. The room didn’t have a microwave after requesting for a microwave the staff gave me one that didn’t work.
I asked for a manager, the clerk told me that I would receive a call that I never did.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone the lady at the front desk had an attitude because I had booked the room and they so-called didn't have any other rooms available but I seen other people checking in and when I asked her to help me she had like she couldn't do anything the experience was horrible

Didn't like anything about the place everything was horrible they had crackheads outside in the lobby it smelled like marijuana not a place for anyone to stay I don't know why it's still open

Nothing I did not get to stay there because they gave my reserved room away by 4:30 in the afternoon.I got to the hotel at 430 with the 3 o'clock check in and they gave my reserved room to somebody else there were no rooms when I got there and they tried to send me to another hotel down the road for a $100 more for this day. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau the Jacksonville chamber of combat and the Attorney General for all of the distress and the disruption it caused for my business.

I felt like they gave me a bait and switched we're supposed to stay there 42 nights for a $135 and was offered the room down the road for a $100 more for the 2 nights. I don't know why they take reservations if they do a first come first serve and reservations don't mean anything.
