Positives: I’m a returning customer I was very happy with my two stays last year, the manager at the front desk was very friendly and professional; I looked forward to seeing him again.

Negatives: However I was a little disappointed in the room. It was rather dirty and not equivalent to the rooms I received on my prior visits. Hopefully this will change in the future.
