terrible staff , even more horrible is the company. they blamed everybody but themselves for the actions and attitude. demanded that i get a credit card to check in. SURPRISE !!! no notice on web and no options at the counter !! SCREWED ! think about the under banked people. NO CHECKS NO MONEY ORDERS, NO CASH and no notice before showing up ... UNACCEPTABLE so they should be legally destroyed !!!!!!!!

They refused to refund my money after I went to take a shower and reported HORRIBLE conditions and hair in the shower. I jumped out dressed and left immediately. I was there barely 30 minutes. They say because I used the soap to wash my hands after encountering such horrible conditions that I can’t get a refund. I used the towels to try and wipe clean to possibly stay but could not. The lady was extremely RUDE and didn’t even ask why I wanted to check out after 30 mins of being there. She said I was there longer but the key didn’t work the first time so I had to go back to the front.
