Negatives:
That there were not enough carts and/or kept in people's rooms to use when arriving and leaving. Someone had to go look for one for me in arriving but there was one upon leaving. I am older and travel with my dogs and always have to have more than I can carry in. It is almost always an issue when traveling. After a long ride is nice not to have a concern about a cart and just to get to the room and relax a bit. When you all are older you will understand.

The location of the property was very good. I like the fact it was in walking distance to restaurants and other hotels.

First and far most the room was really over priced to me for what I received. The atmosphere of the hotel was a little dark from what I'm use to. I've stayed at the Hampton before in my travel and it was always bright and the rooms were that of great quality! I couldn't sat that this time. I was appalled at the price of the room and when I got to my room, I felt like I was at a 3 star hotel!! To top it off the breakfast was good, but I had a problem with the attendee over the breakfast WATCHING us until we got out breakfast and left! That really PISSED me off!

The room was not clean. Several times I saw one-off hairs in the bathroom- by the sink and on the towels. The bed was old and hard. There was a red stain on the white comforter. Ive stayed at Hampton Inn before. The breakfast at this location was not good. There were no water bottles and the coffee was just ok. I didnt not enjoy my stay. The floor in my room was also seemed to have sand or debris from outside. I would not recommend this specific Hampton Inn to anyone.
