The photos online prior to booking looked nothing like the actual room, it was very small, chips and cracks in the walls, walls were dirty, small roaches crawling around and the shower curtain was extremely dirty.

This place has a really low rating however, the picture of the rooms and environments were really satisfied. When I arrived, I didn't expect this place to be that good and I was curious why that place has a lower rating. I checked in this place in the evening and there was a lady she was really nice and also the man at night, he was also really friendly. housekeeper people were also so cute.

But the lady in checkout, in the morning of August 3rd, she was really rude. I asked if I could do laundry, she treated like we are a thief or something and telling us, don't go anywhere behind the property. What am i supposed to do around the property if all i want to do laundry? Not only this, anywhere she sees us, she had a bad attitude, the way she looks at us was really rude and she never smiles. Then I understood why this place has a really low rating. She is looking at all people like they are homeless and thief but not as a guest. It was a very big and chubby lady. As I see, she speak Spanish as well. Hopefully she is not the boss. Otherwise, this beautiful and nice property will not get better. No body would tolerate someone who never smiles and have rude attitude. I am giving HIGHER RATE because the other stuff was really nice and kind.

It appeared to be very nice. I really liked the size and layout of the room. I had a hard time getting the baggage cart in the doors, because they were handicapped accessible, even though their website states that they are. Luckily there was another guest outside smoking and helped me in the 2 doors

NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM. AND I did that same dumb thing that I've read on other reviews...the fridge was off. I kept asking myself how do you NOT notice it's not cold inside. I have the answer to that...stick your hand in first with NOTHING cold in your hand. When I got a trash can to loss my warm food from the fridge, on the side facing the wall had MIRCOTE on it. That made everything seem ok...they stuck too.
Went down to get some coffee about 10 to 9 & they were taking stuff away.
The bed was short sheeted and of course, they were tucked in like in the military you could bounce a quarter off it, and the mattress was lumpy.
