Staff upon arrival told me I would need to check in at 3 pm since I arrived at almost 4 am. I called and advised of my late arrival. All due to the fact they audit at 3 am. This is not the way to treat a paying customer. Also my room was not cleaned my first day for the same reason. Totally piss poor service would never stay at this location or any other hotels associated with this chain. I will continue to use Hilton or Marriott.

Outside was pretty.
Smelled moldy once you walk in the back door and worse in the room. The beds cave in the middle. Elevator is janky.
Get what you pay for.
it’s very dirty no customer service the rooms never cleaned we asked for the stuff to come and clean they never did
all of it I don’t recommend any one to go and stay in that hotel
The staff was nice. Location was nice close to a lot of restaurants.
The hotel had mold everywhere, the room did not smell so pleasant….the carpet in the room was filthy. I have photos of the mold and carpet.
The staff/clerk (young black man) was really welcoming and professional and the outside appearance, lobby entrance and location was great.
The key cards didn't work well, took 8-10 inserts before if would unlock/show green light to enter, room had strong smell of oldness or a dated wet then dried smell, toilet wasn't clean, none of the ice machines worked.
Rooms need upgrade!
the only good thing about this was the location
very dirty. our room was smelly, carpet was wet, the bed/sheets were damp! hot tub didn’t work & was VERY dirty and the same with the swimming pool. when you turned the shower on it was coming from the ceiling & got the whole bathroom floor wet. just awful.
