The property smells like mildew and cigarettes. The pool for my boys was the only good thing about this stay. Employees not friendly or considerate. When spoken to about my issue she just humped her shoulders. No clean towels, bathroom half clean with dirty floors and roaches crawling. There was no microwave in our room and a clock that didn’t work. This was by far the worst Stay I’ve ever encountered. We will definitely not be coming back here. Everything need an upgrade in this hotel. Really don’t see this as a Wyndham hotel

I got to the room. Pulled back the sheets and they were dirty. I notified the front desk and was told to come down. I went downstairs and I was being handed a stack of bed sheet and was told to change the beds. I refused because I don’t work in housekeeping.
