House keeping did not knock just opened the door. Only because this is a comedy zone they charge you for your room 12 hrs before check in time but if you go at 3 in the morning you can't check in. I booked on booking and chose option to pay on site. They still sent me a message saying my room will be cancelled if I didnt pay 3hrs before I was even there. The room itself not that clean for it to be the Ramada. Outside my room smelled like urine.

It was out of date had to go get towels everyday, the air conditioner didnt work well an was really noisy. For it to be an Ramada it wasnt to expectation, there was crackheads but they were quiet at night or I couldnt hear them due to the a/c being so loud , an my work vehicle was still there when I woke up with all the windows.

The breakfast was the only reason we decided to stay otherwise we would have left for other accommodations.

It was filthy in our room. Not swept not vacuumed one little disgusting basket with old food stuck in it covered up by the trash liner. A guest at the pool cleaned out their bong yes bong in the pool while a father and his 4 month old baby swam near by. Hallways littered with garbage and cigarettes. It was disgusting. They need to clean it up there!!!!

I liked that they had a Buffet breakfast service, and how there were plenty of stores in the area

I was very disappointed in this property when I arrived. It didnt seem like the room was clean. I even had asked one of the housekeepers to change my sheets. The ceiling had paint falling. There was plenty of dust from the paint in the shower, on the floor, on the toilet, on the towels that were in that bathroom. On the days that it rained, the ceiling was leaking and when we complained, they said it was normal.
