Negatives:
Room did not have towels, nor sheets and blankets for couch fold-out bed. Room smelled heavily of bleach. Breakfast was not good. Hotel is short-staffed at night. Property gives impression of cutting corners to become profitable.

Huge rooms. Quiet. Good air con (quiet).
Negatives:
Housekeeper left dirty dishes in cabinet. And, carpet needed vacuum. Weird, and hopefully isolated, failure.

Our stay was as expected.
Positives:
The room is very big, has a distinctive living room and working space, and even offers a little kitchenette. It is perfect for a longer stay if you do not want to eat in restaurants all the time.
Negatives:
Several times at night, a ventilation system switched on that was so loud that the wall and the bedhead were vibrating. Unfortunately, when I tried to call the reception/manager on duty, nobody answered.
