Positives: I loved the room. The bed was amazing, and the kitchen had all the comforts of home, including a dedicated work space, a really nice smart TV on a swivel, and a king sized sofa bed.

Negatives: Just the price! It was very expensive, however, it had a great deal of amenities.

Positives: The bed was so comfortable! I liked the fact that every room is a suite as well. There was an ice machine on every floor and a small kitchen with a dishwasher, two burner range, microwave, and a regular sized refrigerator. My room also had a dedicated work space with a built in outlet to charge your devices, a desk lamp, and a comfortable chair. The TV was nice and it swiveled so it could be viewed from the bed or in the common area(a mini-living room). In addition, there is a shuttle that transports you to and from the Mayo Clinic free of charge.

Negatives: It's very expensive, but there are lots of conveniences. The phone signal was horrible. I have Verizon and apparently, there isn't a tower close by. The signal in my room was better, but down in the lobby, it was non-existent.
