I love that I was offered an option to check in online and set up a digital key on my phone to get into the room. If you check in this way it also gives you a chance to view the hotel layout and choose your room, which I thought was pretty cool.
I received a text message the morning of check in with a very nice welcome message and they asked if there was anything they could do for me before my arrival. I’ve never had a hotel do that before. I felt valued. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it. I thought that was pretty neat too ! They also had two complimentary bottles of water for us. The room was clean and I loved the storage space. They have a wall full of hooks which made it easy to hang up bags. I also appreciate that they don’t use carpets in their room as they can be so unhygienic.
Breakfast was included and it was great ! They even had extra toppings for pancakes like caramel and chocolate drizzle and sprinkles.
The lobby had an inviting feel to it. Lounge area for guests, foosball tables, and a snack and coffee bar.
I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Negatives:
The hotel door kept getting stuck. When I first arrived I was excited to bypass the front desk and go straight to my room but I ended up needing to go to the front desk to ask for help getting into my room because I thought my digital key wasn’t working. Turns out you just have to push the door extra hard to get it open. It was very difficult opening the door from the inside as well. I had to pull with all my might to yank that thing open. Every single time!!! I only stayed one night so it didn’t bother me much, but for a multiple night stay this might really become annoying.

Positives:
Hotel was nice. Plenty of parking for a Saturday night. Breakfast had cereals, breads, and two pancake machines, but is also had sausage and eggs. Rooms was nice and clean. The guy who checked me in was nice and quick. I would definitely stay here again!
Negatives:
The only negative for me was that the fridge in the room did not have a freezer section. I needed to freeze our freezer packs for an event on Sunday.

The front desk ladies checking in and checking out were so polite and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, I did enjoy the Whole Foods across the street and the Kirlands as well!!

however it’s about 30mins from the airport.

The breakfast options were good. I liked the pancakes. They also had a variety of snacks you can purchase. The shower was hot and the room was clean. No complaints.
Negatives:
For some reason, Hilton has firm mattresses and soft pillows, which means that the pillow goes flat and you wind up on a firm surface. It's not my taste, but perhaps it is for someone.
