We enjoyed the clean,comfortable room.The convenient of having available shuttle service to the downtown area was very nice. And the drivers were cautious and friendly.

The only thing lacking was the poor service from the night front desk staff.Not friendly or caring about their jobs.

Hotel itself was beautiful, great room, great location, shuttle bus was great. Staff at check in were great. Check out not so much, some people just dont belong in customer service.

That hotel was lovely overlooking the ocean a d the pool and patio too that was the topping on the cake. Staff was very accommodating oh also free water every day as well as 2 free beverages and great breakfast and the hotel lunches and food from the grill was great I loved burgers and fries and their quesedillas.

There was no cranberry juice for breakfast that's the only bad thing

Loved shuttle and concierge service. The breakfast was amazing. The pool and food served at the pool was excellent.

Only issue we had was the elevator in bdg 6 wasnt working and we had to use the stairs. My husband has mobility issues so getting the luggage up and down the stairs was problematic.
