Negatives:
A final note, the next day we arrived at Kimpton in Key West ($700./nite..over rated/overcharged) for the week. This too turned out to be a disaster. Staff was several pegs higher caliber than Savannah Pimpton but they would do nothing to remove (water hose) the roosters (protected animal) perched on the telephone wires close by which crows each day, starting about 4am and continues sporadically (sometimes every 30 seconds) until 8am, EVERY day all week. Needless to say, my daytime activities were very sluggish due to a lack of sleep. Never again Kimpton - IHG

Over rated, over charged, no...
Positives:
-it was beautifully decorated
-the staff was super friendly, eager to please
-it was very clean
-it was situated close to all the activities and excellent restaurants, but far tucked away from the drunks
Negatives:
-the pics online were super deceptive about the size of the rooms and pool. I feel like that was pretty shady-they knew what they were doing!
-the rooms were very close to the street that had loud mopeds/motorcycles zooming through and so with our single paned windows, we got woken up a lot with the noise outside- even with our very loud white noise sound machine :(

The location is good. We could to every place we wanted to go to.
They are pet friendly, which is always a bonus.
The grounds are nice.
The bed is super comfortable with great pillows and linens.
Negatives:
The walls are paper thin so you can hear a lot of road traffic and your neighbors. It was hard to sleep.
The rooms are TINY.
There is only one window and it does not open.
