Negatives:
There was no wifi. It was a business trip. I needed wifi. Hotel promised wifi and did not provide wifi. AC would not keep the room cool without blowing very cold ait directly on me.
Positives:
The breakfast voucher was great for a little shop very close to our room. The food was exceptional. The young man at the front desk during the day and the lady at night were exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to assist. They are an asset to your team.
Negatives:
It couldve been a little cleaner. Very musty smell in the room. There was a water leak running across the threshold of the bathroom. I think it was coming from the fridge. The young man at the desk said he would notify maintenance. I hope it got fixed so no one falls.

Jennifer! She's the BEST! She booked Spa appointments for us and gave us insight to other tours we may want to do.

Would have been great to have a K-cup coffee maker in our room. And a Microwave in the rooms.
