Telephone didn’t work, it took 3 cell phone calls to get through to the desk to report and get the wi-fi access code. Breakfast was almost an hour late. They never sent anyone on the phone. I was charged over $100 in additional fees at checkout that were not revealed up front.

Rooms were a little small and run down, some updating needed. General wear and tear was noticeable. Breakfast was about what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. Obtaining a complimentary bike was cumbersome requiring you to get up at 7:30 to go to desk and reserve one each day and bikes were pretty beat up. Unable to charge bar tab to room. When all said and done I paid $800/ night. For that price I expect a top of the line experience. There should be nightly complimentary cocktails with hors d'oeuvres, nice complimentary bike’s easily available, and a full hot breakfast buffet, and the rooms should be immaculate. The staff were very nice though.

The property was lovely and laid out very well. You felt like you had plenty of privacy. There are 2 pools so there was always a spot for you and it never felt crowded. The breakfast area was relaxing. The food is what you would expect for a hotel. Our room was roomy and we enjoyed the sitting area in front. The staff was amazing! We could easily walk to Duvall street, Mallory Square, and the southernmost point and the local parks and we were not in the middle of all the action so it was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect to walk everywhere. Loved my 3rd floor room, and the balcony in the trees. Loved the pool and the music.
