The location was nice, and the pillows were great.

The tub/shower was slow to drain..but we only stayed 2 quick nights and dealt with it. Our fault. The pool closed the 1st night because someone used it as a bathroom, and the bar stopped serving food because they were not busy..The 2nd day, the pool closed due to "weather" which never showed up...My son asked when they would reopen and was spoken to rudely by staff. It honestly seems as though, the hours for the pool/lazy river and bar are at their discretion...my opinion. The on-site restaurant, mediocre. The waitress was very polite, but the food, ehhh.. We had stayed in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it, this time...not so much.

This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at during our trip, and it was, by far, the best hotel. The lazy river, the pool were the best thing. We enjoyed the gift shop as well. We felt very comfortable staying there, and didn't hear other guests. We will definitely choose this hotel again!

They need to do better cleaning. Found a bottle in the room, and food. First room we got the vent up top was dripping water where the bathroom was flooded. They changed our room, and we both got bit by bugs, and brought it up to management, and still no call back after I was told he will look into it. Horrible stay.
Update: The assistant manger did call me, and is looking into it. Waiting for a call back.

Staff was very friendly at check-in and rooms were clean. Conveniently located.
Negatives:
Some guests were very rowdy around the pool area and had glass bottles of beer in the pool which is a risk. Should be monitored. Also, there was an issue with feces in the pool. Health issue. Lazy River was mostly guests walking around instead of using flotation devices. Finally, one of two elevators were out in both banks. Unacceptable.
