Positives:
Encountered traffic accidents that prevented us from reaching the hotel. Called htl enroute to keep them posted of the issues- final call was at 1:30 a.m- still 2 hours away and my 2 grandchildren (4 & 5 y/o) had enough travel time over 11 hrs.
Negatives:
Spoke to Eric @ hotel who assured me that due to circumstances there would be no charges assessed.

Great manager helped us find out sons toy after we left and contacted us from out of state and shipped our son's toy back. Very helpful and sweet management
