We booked a double queen room, it was given away. He “upgraded us to a King room with a jacuzzi for the same price but then informed me it was a smoking room. The room looked very dirty, tile was coming apart, and the smoke smell was horrible. I asked for a refund and to cancel the reservation!

It had roaches and I ask the Indian lady cam i have some bug spray she said they didn’t have any i said well can you get some and coke spray there are roaches she said yes and never showed up roaches everyday for 6 days
