Smelled moldy,room not ready. Had to change rooms 3 times. No where to hang or place clothes. Bathroom door didn't close.

The hotel owner is rude and lied to me about giving me my 100 dollar pet deposit back, he said turn the slip and I'd in to get it back and when I did he said he can't give it to me

Only stopped in for one night. Not much of an impression since I was driving late, and only stopped for the night.
Negatives:
No food places nearby, in need of a remodel. The odor of musty carpets permeated the hallway, and was strong in the room as well.

The towels were literally dusty. Did not use then. First thing I saw in my room was a roach. Lamp was broken. TV did not work. Floors were not level. Beds were disgusting.

I stayed their for 6 nights and they never changed the bed sheets once. The room even after I complained, was adequate but run down. The stafff was friendly but I had a bad experience with the bartender in the hotel bar. I would not recommend this hotel

A hotel was very disappointing to me it was very nasty old dirty nasty towels the room was not clean. Seem like that just wasn't ready to open that hotel and remodeling some of the woodwork trim was not painted in some places.

I did not like anything only thing was the staff was very nice. If I have went to the room and looked at it before I booked it I never would have stayed there. One customer came in after me he got a chance to go see the room and decided not to stay there.

The best part was when I left! It's gross and unsafe. I can't believe your company would back a place like that. I thought this was a better company then that but you showed me that it's all about the money with you and not the customer.
