Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. The rooms were dirty. This hotel has potential if they maintain and clean it. The sofa bed mattress was so dirty, it was almost black. There was a roach in the closet, and I found it after my luggage had been in there one full day. My allergies and my mother's asthma kicked in the first night. It was terrible. Plus, my son woke with insect bites on his leg and his stomach.
They took $133 for incidentals, and I'm still waiting to receive that back to my account.
The only positive was the front desk staff. They were very nice.

The staff was very nice and flexible, we were able to solve every problem, room was big, clean, lovely neighborhood, whatever they promise they exceed it every time.

It was not the hotels mistake, but we had a nice dancer upstairs for one night till 3 am, so nothing to say here really...
