Negatives:
My deposit was not a deposit; the hotel charged $100 to my account for nothing. I'm disputing with my bank. The property does not have front desk services between 10 PM To 9:00 AM, so you cannot resolve anything if you need to check out at 8:00 AM. I called an agent and left the key in my room. ZERO customer service.
