The hotel was clean and check in was an easy process. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time we were there we selected this hotel so that we could swim and enjoy the pool. They charged my credit card a ?parking maintenance fee? when they claim to offer free parking.
Positives:
Hampton is always reliable.

No ice bucket in room. Had to go vack to front desk, not simple with mobility issues.

I paid and ordered 2 beds, but a king was what they gave us and was told no room available with 2 beds. I have Multiple Sclerosis and sleep is essential for me to function the next day. I do not sleep with my husband as he has restless legs syndrome , and as expected he woke me up several times. My walking has been worse today. We asked for a different room but was told no rooms with 2 beds were available. That was very disappointing.

Positives:
Located in a "business-type" area- safe and well lit. Very clean. Check-in quick and easy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Parking in front and back of hotel with security doors in both entry locations. Checkout seamless on the App.

I don't have any complaints about our stay. Everything went as expected if not better. Would recommend to anyone who asked. Did not use pool area so cannot speak to that area.
