Positives: Hotel was overall pretty clean and breakfast was good

Negatives: Dog barking across the hall. Beds were terrible, the head of mattress sloped and foot of bed sat higher. Not to mention when you laid in bed it dipped in center. I ended up laying with my head where my feet should be.

Negatives: Supposedly you try to get a better rate for YOUR customers when they use your website to book a room. We booked our room with You guys and paid $148 for one night. Our friend stayed at this Hotel the same night. She only paid $109???? I don't understand why............and will never use Your website again.
