I loved the layout of the rooms, clean and very comfortable. The dove toiletries were awesome, my favorite hygiene product brand, and the first I've seen it in any of my stay in other hotels. Breakfast was good, the decor of the entire hotel was beautiful.
Negatives:
The main reason we decided to stay here was because there is a hot tub, unfortunately it was not working and I was disappointed that it was not specified before I booked. I drove an extra 20 minutes from my husband's job to have a hot tub, particularly so I was bummed to be making the drive and extra miles each day and didn't get what we had expected. It probably won't keep me from staying there again because I would like to enjoy my stay when it is in working order. The pool was nice. The weather is still iffy, so it was cold, and that's another reason I looked forward to a hot tub.

A lot! First off the room I booked didn't look anything like the photo I saw online. The cheap "fold out couch" was absolutely awful and should be thrown out. We had to ask for a different room so my adult son could sleep in comfort (2 double beds in the room instead of king & fold out). The elevator by our room was broken so we had to walk the steps (bad for arthritic knees) or walk the long length of the hall to get to the one working elevator***. The windows are so dirty/foggy that you could barely see outside. The ONE working elevator stopped when we were on it with another guest. Fortunately the elevator phone worked and someone did show up to get us out of it. This was not reported to the front desk - we just avoided using ANY elevators for the rest of our stay. In summary, I cannot recommend this LaQuinta to anyone and the corporate office needs to pay attention to this location!
