Positives: This hotel was very much under renovation. From the moment I walked in I wasn’t sure the hotel was even open. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice I had no complaints about him. Everything else was really a disaster.
Negatives: Hotel was completely torn apart. Lobby and downstairs had no flooring at all and looked a complete wreck. First room we were in the television didn’t work so we were moved to another room that the television also didn’t work. The front desk clerk came to the room and between him and my husband they got it working. The carpet was disgusting. There were bugs all over the bathroom counter. The coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was new. The carpet in the room actually had chunks missing near the bathroom door. I understand if your in the middle of renovating but pictures online shouldn’t reflect a sister hotel that has been renovated or is newer. We have stayed in several LaQuinta inns with no complaints which is why we booked here. We asked for blanket the second night since there was basically only 2 thin sheets on the bed for bedding and were given a blanket that had a huge hole in it. This was completely overpriced for what was portrayed online and what we arrived to. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were hard boiled and were hard as leather. There wasn’t much at all to pick from since the hotel was under renovation. This has me hesitant to book at any LaQuinta again after this experience. We sent almost $300 for 2 nights and it was basically a roach motel.

Positives: The staff were exceptional! Everyone was so nice! The room was way bigger than I expected and the bed was really comfortable.
Negatives: I had a hard time locating it due to gps issues. It was 1 exit away from another La Quinta and my gps couldn’t initially locate it.
