Everything was perfect! Room and bathroom were big and very clean. All staff members were so kind. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options to chose. Public ice maker was working perfectly. Definitely, I would recommend this hotel. 10/10. Congrats!

The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially the lady managing the evening check in process. The bed was comfortable and room had microwave and fridge which was useful.
Negatives:
Breakfast bowls, plates, utensils such as cutlery and cups were all single use cardboard and plastic. There were no recycling options for disposing of these which meant it all when in the same bin and presumably straight to landfill. This is incredibly wasteful, terrible for the environment and completely unacceptable for an international hotel company.
The floor in the room was not clean- walking barefoot meant we ended up with dirt all over the soles of our feet. Under the bed was particularly dirty with dust, tissues, old hair grips etc.
