No staff in lobby to greet or check us in. Had to ask employees standing by elevator to help. Rooms had a very yucky smell. AC didn't work in one room. Housekeeping did not clean or check on room until after we checked out. Water pressure was horrible. Price is outrageous for such lacking staff and amenities. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Staff went above and beyond, nothing was too difficult. I don’t think the pool was mentioned at n the website, if it was I missed it. This was an unexpected bonus and it was well maintained and made the trip.
