Unauthorized upcharge. I reserved at one price only to be charged more and they didn't tell me they were charging more. No smoke detector, it was on the floor behind the toilet. Dirty chairs, wouldn't sit on them. Noisy after midnight. No breakfast as advertised. Looked like mold under the sink. Room smelled musty when I walked in. I could only attach 4 photos, I have more. For what they charged me, I could have had a nicer room at another hotel. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The location and the shower were the only two things that were good at this property.

I booked a non-smoking room. They put me in a smoking room. They called the night before to make sure I was coming because they were overbooked. When I got there, they knew who I was and put me in one room that I couldn’t get into so they moved me down a couple of doors to a smoking room. There was a door between rooms that didn’t lock. I had to push the dresser in front so I felt some what secure. The door going in was hard to push. When I was checking out, I told them that I wasn’t happy about the smoking room and was told that is what I booked. I checked the site and saw that I booked a nonsmoking room. I will never go back to this property. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in years. I didn’t complain about the room because I thought they were overbooked. Lesson learned!
