We have been to BB 3-4 time in years past and it was always maintained and the ground kept up and manicured, Not this year it looked like there had been no grounds keeping done in years. Our room was not in the building we reserved, we wanted a pool view and got a roadside view of route 1, Inside of the room was dirty the floor looked half swept, the toilet leaks around the base, there is mold in the corner of the shower inside and outside, the molding on the shower handle was not properly secure. We didn't see house keeping for 2 days. We got our reservations early hoping to get the best price, we paid $1846.00 for 4 nights. When we got there we checked on availability on another room for 4 days for our daughter and family we found the price to be $600.00 cheaper and a better room, when we asked the front desk she said the prices change daily, so where is the point of reserving early? Breakfast was in a box and frozen, what's up with that? Where is the value?
