It was very convenient. We trailered our motorcycle and were able to park our truck in a lot next door and the motorcycle in front of the hotel.
Grounds were beautiful and well kept. The harbor was in back of the hotel with amazing yachts, nice folks and nice views.
Negatives:
Not anything I can think of.

The property location was good but the hotel is very outdated it’s under renovation but was not with the $500 a night we paid to stay was very unhappy the resort rehab was supposed to be completed by the time we stayed. The courtyard next store was better wish we stayed there.

The location on the keys and outside facilities (pool, volleyball court, landscape and lawn).

It's a very run-down hotel for $500 a night. And the doors going into the rooms look like a Motel 6 door! And most of the views in the rooms are obstructed. Even ours. We had a view of air conditioning unit and a wall! Really really disappointing. And our TV didn't work.

I don't think they should charge for parking. Some of the wallpaper in the bathroom and the mirror are showing their age, but I understand a remodel is on the way.
