The staff was friendly and helpful. My bank put a security hold on my account. The clerk was finally able to get one room to go through on my card. There were other people in the lobby playing cards, so he told us to go up to our rooms and for me to come back down to talk with him. I called my bank and was able to get the security hold taken off. I really appreciated him being sensitive to my situation! Also, the next night, the television was acting up. I rode sown to the lobby and Keisha went back up in the elevator to the room to look at the tv. She unscrewed the cable line and reattached it, and the tv worked fine after that. She told me that she was find us another room if the tv continued to act up, and that she would be there until 9:00 if I needed her assistance again or wished to change rooms. The following day, I saw her in the elevator with another client who was complaining and berating her because the room key didn't work. Keisha was very polite to the client. The lady was very ugly and rude. I had trouble with my key a couple of times also, but every time I asked them to reset it, it would work. I've been to other hotels where I had a problem with the room key. It happens sometime. I nominate Keisha for employee of the month! I sure hope I am remembering her name correctly! LOL!

Breakfast was terrible pool was green and closed there was no place to sit outside the rooms were outdated and the bed was very unconformable

The staff were polite, helpful, and professional.

The bed was beyond used up. The jet tub shot out brown particles. Shown in the pictures. From our knowledge, it was dead skin/ soil particulates built up in the jets from lack of proper cleaning. The bed was beyond time to be replaced. The majority of the time the place smelled like marijuana.

We get there and they tell us our double bed we rented wasnt available dropped us to a small bed that 3 people had to sleep on and didnt even offer us a discount charged my card full price for two beds but only got one small bed

There was a crack about 3 ft long in the ceiling by the door and the bathroom sink appeared to be pulling away from the wall. The bed was lumpy and saggy. It could use a little freshen-up
