No customer service greeted by a man on a computer that checked you in and took your card and even dispersed your room cards. The place was literally empty and they put me to the back on the other side of the BJ building when I asked for next to the pool..It looked like the people that we saw were homeless and just hanging around on the steps and the pool area and the cops were circling all the time.The location was good right by 95 but, not a good hotel . Also they said they gave you a to go breakfast and that there was a restaurant but there

So one I did not like talking to a computer it was not personalized at all made me feel very uncomfortable too much of a futuristic feel then I got into the room I noticed a lot of other noticeable stains on sofa smoke there was nothing I liked about except the price and the location

Like I said I have pictures of what this room look like and I showed it to the front desk and they refund one day stay cuz it's supposed to be 2 days
