Negatives: Smelled of weed the second we walked in the front door and the desk attendant was on a cellphone using very foul language. The room was not very clean. Full garbage can under the bathroom sink.

Positives: My daughter & I have been looking for an apartment & have been staying in hotels for weeks during this process. This is one of the top 3 that we have stayed in & have to say the STAFF is a 10! Every single person I spoke to or interacted with during my stay was very pleasant. They were all very friendly and personable & being a people person myself I notice these things!

Positives: The pool.

Negatives: There was NO breakfast. Information on web says "breakfast" not Grab and Go. The grab and go was a joke as there was nothing but a packet of oatmeal and mini wrapped muffin. Room was not equipped with anything. Had to call for everything however, most calls were never answered. Front desk ran out of room towels even after I turned my dirty ones in and later came to get new ones. The entire unit was filthy. Dirty sheets, trash under the beds. Used razor in shower. Floors were so dirty and sticky. TV kept cutting off after turning it on. Was given another unit and floor was dirty as well. All areas looked stained and dirty (halls, floors, walls). Smelled of marijuana and smoke everywhere, including the halls and rooms. Absolutely no water pressure at all.
