This property told me they did not have an available handicap room so I called Booking.com and asked to cancel the reservation. I spoke to Laila and she told me she would cancel. I got charged anyway.
Negatives:
I did not stay because there were no disability rooms available. I need a refund. How can Booking.com charge when you were supposed to cancel the reservation? I’m never using you again unless this matter is resolved!

We enjoyed the entire property. Breakfast was good, but there should be more protein options. The seating area outside is great, and the gas fire pit has a timer, so it can be turned on any time.
Negatives:
We do not eat many carbs. It would be nice to have bacon and sausage available each day.

Positives:
Incredible room! Very large suite- top of the line. Nice bedding, plenty of lighting, kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, nice seating area with couch, end tables, and coffee table/ottoman, desk and chair, great shower with soaps and plenty of towels, etc. Very nice! There’s also a pool, a laundry room, and food and snacks for sale in the lobby. Had concerns over three previous posts mentioning ants, but the front desk said that situation was handled. We are very, very pleased with this choice!

Room AC unit was awful, loud thumping noises that woke us up at 3am, had to turn off unit to get sleep, which resulted in hot temperature in the room. Either deal with loud noise or hot room.
