I’ve stayed in the grand beach 9 times. Each time I find it gets a little worse. I like the location. But it needs to be maintained better

The. Bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly. Also the shower head was spraying everywhere. There was no bath robes or hair dryer in the room. The TV by the beds didn’t work.

Rooms was very clean and spacious but not enough chairs and umbrellas on the beach! We had a very long wait on a waiting list! Very nast staff with a chip on their shoulder

Can’t beat the beachside location, walking distance to Harding restaurants, grocery stores. Beachfront chair staff wonderful and hard working.
Negatives:
Room acoustics are loud. You can hear next room’s conversations. Room 436 W was a bit run down, flooring lifting and we cut our foot on a piece sticking up , you need to request balcony (and sometimes you don’t get a second bathroom). Asked to move twice but was denied. Front desk staff inattentive. concierge bot service unhelpful. I love the hotel but this stay was less than stellar.
