Love the grounds. The hotel is great. Jose and Carlos and three of the other guys (I can’t remember their names?) by the beach were so kind and professional. And the woman by the front desk Rosa was sooooo sweet.
Negatives:
The chair area by the beach is teeny. By the time you’re waiting for your chairs, it could be 3 pm and they start collecting the chairs at 445. I also don’t think the hotel was accommodating in most ways.
