Negatives: They close pool

Negatives: I had a random woman knock on my door for a "wellness check" thankfully I didn't open and called the desk right away they said she wasn't with the hotel but they didn't seem to really care. There is no security in the hotel as people can just go up in the elevator. as a woman traveling alone I didn't feel safe. I was annoyed by the response from the front desk staff. it should've been taken more seriously.

Negatives: The spa service was really poor and not worth the value paid. I went for a relaxing massage and there was nothing relaxing about the spa.

Negatives: City room views are awful due to across the street noise that blares through walls late into the night. Would not recommend staying here. Or request oxen side room.

Negatives: it needs a little bit of updating in some areas.

Negatives: We came for the pool. Unfortunately they kicked all guests out at 3pm on Saturday for a corporate event. No one told us this when booking or we would have stayed at SLS.

Negatives: When we booked, they promised Orange Theory passes would be included in our resort fee (it is still all over the booking websites that they include this). When we arrived they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. They did give us $20 per day credit for this mishap, which was only enough for one day pass at a local gym, not two, as promised. The gym is the size of a closet and if there is one person in there, you feel like there is not enough room for a second person. When we checked in, they said every room had a yoga mat. Ours did not have one, and when we asked at the desk, they acted like we were inconveniencing them. The room was facing the city and the super loud taco bar across the street blasted house music until the wee hours. The bathroom was TINY for such a large room and had a bathtub that they attempted too paint over/refinish and was just all chipped and stained. There was also a try - hard pool attendant who accused us of "stealing towels from behind his station when he wasn't there". We had simply taken a couple of towels that were left out on the top of the station. It's a great location and the pool area is really pretty. They just need to be a bit nicer and actually follow through with things that were promised.

Negatives: room allowed excessive noise to come in from other rooms. the TV clicker is cheap and broken, didn’t work. shower spills water into the bathroom and the staff was not too friendly.. the place looks really run down and wasn’t cheap so I was surprised

Negatives: because it is old and with very very small rooms

Negatives: My room smelled like vomit
